An Update From Brian: Thank You for Your Patience

First, I want to apologize for being so quiet over the past few months. I know many of you have been following my journey and checking in on me, and I am grateful for your continued support, prayers, and encouragement.

Although I haven’t been posting regularly, I want to assure everyone that I’ve been working hard on something incredibly important: improving my heart health so that I can safely be reactivated on the kidney transplant list.

This has been a challenging season filled with medical appointments, treatments, lifestyle changes, and a lot of determination. My healthcare team and I have been focused on strengthening my heart and making sure my body is in the best possible condition for a future kidney transplant. While progress can sometimes feel slow, every step forward is a victory.

The good news is that we are moving in the right direction. There is still work to do, but I remain hopeful and committed to this journey. My goal is to be safely reactivated on the transplant list and ready when the opportunity for a life-saving kidney becomes available.

Please continue to keep me in your thoughts and prayers as we work toward the goal of getting back on the kidney transplant list and one step closer to a transplant.

I cannot thank all of you enough for standing by me through this process. Your prayers, messages, shares, and words of encouragement have meant more than you can imagine. Even during the times when I haven’t posted, your support has continued to lift my spirits and remind me that I am not facing this alone.

As we continue making progress, I promise to share updates more regularly. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and unwavering support.

With gratitude,
Brian
